Pay It Forward: The First Gift (and a New Years resolution)

This year I made a resolution to make something every day. So far so good. Today I decided to work on my hand weaved beading (which is a huge pain. Definitely not my thing) and ended up with the first gift for my Pay It Forward group



This beautiful glass bead snowflake.

It's pretty, but tiny, and I have a massive headache from eyestrain after finishing it. The lighting bled out the fact that the larger crystals are (very) pale pink but the rest of it is pretty true to color.  This is the first piece I made for this year's Pay It Forward, but who is it for? Wooooo...time will tell :)
